Wrong product sent

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product and you have filled out your order correctly, we will replace. Please email your issue to info@kooduu.com.au. We will email you a postage label to send the product back to us.

Faulty Product Guarantee​

If your product is faulty we will replace it free of charge.
 

Your replacement product will be posted back to you within 14 days of receiving the faulty product.
